Procofio is a small specialty coffee shop. We opened because we wanted a place where the coffee is taken seriously but the atmosphere is not. No tasting notes read aloud, no pressure. Just good coffee made carefully.

We source from independent roasters who work directly with farms. The selection changes throughout the year — we follow the harvest calendar, not a fixed menu. You'll usually find two or three single origins on filter and one on espresso.

The food is simple and doesn't compete with the coffee.
